until / not until

You use these conjunctions with the 

present

 tense when they to the 

future:

I`ll stay in school until i`m eightreen.
You can`t drive my car until you`re 17 and you have a licence!
Note that 

when

 works in the same way:

I`ll tell you the story when I see you.

too hot / ( not ) hot enough

Notice that 

enoygh 

comes after the adjective:

I`m too young.
I`m tall enoygh but I`m not old enough.

You can combine these expressions with an infinitive of purpose:
You`re 16. You aren`t old enoygh to vete.
You`re 16. You`re too old to play in this team.
